Sharing Concept on Facebook

Facebook provides a great outlet for you to share nearly every aspect of your life with the world if you choose. You can post all sorts of different things, like photos, videos, and more. You can like, comment someone else content and so on.

When you do something then who all can see it and where? That is what we are trying to understand here.

To begin with we need to understand the following:

  1. Types of Content Shared
  2. Sharing Group
  3. Shared Content Display Areas.

1. Types of Content Shared

Broadly, there are two types:

  1. Post
  2. Actions

1. Post – It is that you specifically share content – This can include Photo / Video, Location, Tag somebody and say what you are doing.

2. Actions – Like / Unlike / Comment on someone else Post. Actions on different Applications. Ex Saavn App – Listened to Song,  Goodreads – Reading a book

2. Sharing Group
